DEFINITION OF ROCK MUSIC
Rock music is a genre of popular music which began publicly known in the mid tahun50an. Its roots come from rhythm and blues, country music from the 40s and 50s as well as a variety of other influences. Sub categories of rock sticking up in the 80s included New Wave, hardcore punk and alternative rock. In the 90s there were grunge, Britpop, indie rock and nu metal.
